Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes core ad reporting for 1 Meta + 1 Google Ads account, 30-day history, weekly email reports, and CSV export. No credit card required.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes. Starter, Growth, and Pro include a 7-day free trial. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Both. Monthly billing is pay-as-you-go. Annual billing saves 2 months (17% off) and is charged once per year — toggle billing in the app when you subscribe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Change plans from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
If metriq isn't right for you within 7 days of your first paid charge, contact [email protected] for a full refund. See our Terms of Service for details.
What happens when I cancel?
Access continues until the end of your billing period. Data is retained 90 days, then permanently deleted.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
